♥ Review ♥ 

Chelle Bliss has a way of creating sexy stories that allow you to relate to the characters, to feel as though they could be your family, your friends, your loved ones. I really enjoyed Hook Me and feel I connected with the characters a bit better than I did while reading Throttle Me. The dialogue and quips made me feel as though I were participating or witnessing a conversation between friends or family. I like that the author is able to paint such a vivid picture for the reader with a family that you want to immediately embrace. 

 

Michael and Mia’s story is sweet and passionate. Michael, the MMA fighter and piercer of the Gallo family has met his match in Mia. She’s quick, witty and the sparks are instantaneous. She challenges him, makes him work hard for her attention and affection. He even begins to see the potential of more. Mia is terrified of giving her heart to someone and trusting Michael Gallo will take a lot especially since she’s already created an image of this “bad boy” in her head.  Unforeseen circumstances threaten this budding romance creating a divide that seems may be irreparable. Will Michael and Mia pull through or will they be pulled apart?  

 

This book is sweet, sexy and entertaining. You’ll enjoy the playful, ball busting banter between characters as the entire Gallo clan returns for the second installment of the Men of Inked series.  If you’re a fan of Throttle Me, you’ll also be pleased for the return of Suzy and Joseph. I think Mia and Mike definitely give them a run for their money on my steamy scale 😉 

I think I enjoyed Hook Me slightly more than Throttle Me, but I am a fan of the series thus far. This is a great beach read and I’d recommend it to Contemporary Romance and Erotic Romance fans. Happy Reading! 

 

 

 

♥Hook Me – Excerpt♥

His hand rested against my back, pulling me closer, and I became lost in his kiss. The feel of his rough thumb pad as he stroked my face made my body feel on fire. The sound of the rain beating against the truck, the thunder rumbling outside, and our breath frantic and quick, filled the cab.

I climbed in his lap as he gripped my ass and pulled my bottom to him. I could feel his hardness against me and I ached to feel him inside.

I couldn’t deny myself any longer.

“Take me home, Michael. Stay with me tonight.” I didn’t even have to think about it.

I wanted him.

The light touches, commanding kisses, and the feel of his hardness had me wanting more, needing it.

“Mia, I don’t know if that’s a good idea,” he whispered against my lips.

“I want to feel your skin against me. Remind me what it feels like to be loved, Michael. Show me the beauty and make me forget.” I held myself up and stared in his eyes.
“Please,” I begged.

His fingers swept against my cheek and I leaned into his touch, closing my eyes. “I’ll do anything you ask,” he said.
